Great Maplestead is an attractive bucolic village, safe and peaceful. Nestled in the beautiful, undulating countryside of North Essex, close to the Suffolk border, A jewel of East Anglia. This charming village is mainly surrounded by arable and a few grass scape’s along with generous amounts of mature woodland. Hedgerows form many boundaries, bristling with wildlife.
